Do I need a license for all employees?
It depends on the app and how your team plans to use it. Calendar Pro: licenses are needed only for users who customize permissions, sync calendars, or use advanced features. Free users can still view shared calendars. KeePass Pro, Booking Room Pro, Map Pro, Gantt Chart Pro, Contacts Pro: a license is required for each user interacting with the app. Free users can view a limited number of items. If you're unsure, we'll go over it during the Product Tour.
Is there special pricing for large volumes or multi-year contracts?
Yes, we offer discounted pricing for orders over 100 licenses and for multi-year contracts. Reach out to us and we'll tailor a quote to fit your needs.
Do you offer discounts for education or non-profit organizations?

Do you offer wire transfer or formal quotes?
Yes, we support wire transfers on request, and we can provide a formal quote to help you secure internal approval.
Will I need admin rights to install the app?
You don't need admin rights to use the app. However, admin approval may be required to install it in your organization, depending on your Teams policies. We'll guide you through the process if needed.
Can I use the app outside Microsoft Teams?
Our apps are built natively for Microsoft Teams. There is no standalone web version, but you can use them in the Teams desktop app, web version, or mobile app.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
